STL-001, STL-001-4 |
Intake part - stainless steel duct with a mouthpiece for the installation of a door from the ARTOX offer. The diameter of the duct is 300 mm or, in commercial development, 400 mm. The depth of the mouthpiece for the installation of the door is 9 cm. It is recommended to fix the intake part to the building structure with at least two STL-050 (STL-050-4) collars, unless the STL-040 foundation cap with a collar is used. The intake piece can be fitted with a cap to close it from the top or the duct may continue upwards to the floors above. If the laundry chute is sunk behind a stronger wall, it is possible to use an STL-R001extension for the sunken intake. Price list | Technical drawings |

STL-002 | Two-sided intake part - stainless steel duct with two mouthpieces placed on the duct opposite each other, allowing two ARTOX doors to be installed on each side. This intake part with a diameter of 300 mm is used when laundry from two neighbouring rooms is to be thrown into the duct, e.g. from a dressing room and a bathroom. The depth of the mouthpiece for the installation of the door is 9cm. The intake piece can be fitted with a cap to close it from the top or the duct may continue upwards to the floors above. It is recommended to fix the intake part to the building structure with at least two STL-050 (STL-050-4) collars unless an STL-040 foundation cap with collar is used. STL-003 | Slanted intake part - stainless steel duct with a diameter of 300 mm with a mouthpiece for the installation of a door from the ARTOX offer. The slanted intake part is used when the chute system is sunk, e.g. behind a stronger wall or deep in the assembly shaft. In the event that the chute is sunk very far in the wall it is possible to use an STL-R001 extension of the sunken chute. The depth of the mouthpiece for installation of the door is 30 cm. The intake piece can be fitted with a cap to close it from the top or the duct may continue upwards to the floors above. It is recommended to fix the intake part to the building structure with at least two STL-050 (STL-050-4) collars unless the STL-040 foundation cap with collar is used. STL-004 | Branching 45° - stainless steel branching dividing the chute duct, diameter of 300 mm. The upper ends of the branching are fitted with necks to connect with other parts (pipe, joint, intake part). STL-010, STL-010-4 |
Pipe 1000mm – this stainless steel pipe is a basic part of the system; it has a diameter of 300 mm, for commercial development it has a diameter of 400 mm. Its upper part is fitted with a neck that connects the piece to other parts of the system. STL-020, STL-020-4 |
Joint – this stainless steel joint with a diameter of 300 mm (400mm for commercial development) is used for bending or slanting the chute duct. The joint is fitted into the upper part with a neck that connects the piece to other parts of the system. Two connected joints comprise a piece with an axial shift of 15 cm. If a larger shift is required, modular parts STL-021, STL-022 or STL-023 can be inserted between the joints. Price list | Technical drawings |

STL-024 | Modular part, stainless steel pipe 20cm - 200 mm in length with a diameter of 298 mm. Thanks to its smaller diameter, this modular piece can slide through the neck of a standard piece and in this way the system can be telescopically assembled with accuracy to the millimetre and without the need to cut the piece. The modular part is usually used in cases of larger axial distances between joints of the chute, when an extension of the chute is needed between floors or the intake door in multi-floor buildings must be positioned precisely. It is recommended to fix the piece to the building structure with an STL-050 collar always just above the neck of the piece below in order to prevent the piece from uncontrolled sliding into the standard piece. STL-050-ART |
Cosmetic collar made from polished stainless steel with the ARTOX logo burnt discreetly along the perimeter. The collar can be used for fixing the chute duct to the wall, just like the standard collar piece STL-050. Recommended for use with the final section of the chute duct or to substitute for all STL-050 collars in cases when the chute is fully exposed. Using the STL-050-ART cosmetic collar brings the chute to a completely different aesthetic level. |

DOQT-001 | Quick Touch door - the unique touch door system called Quick Touch makes a standard older door look like the surrounding wall and interior. These doors are supplied as a metal chassis used as a basis for coloured, wooden or glass decors from the ARTOX offer that can be attached to it. In addition to the wide range of decors from the standard offer it is possible to use the customer’s own material, such as ceramic tiling or stone. If the door is installed without a skirting frame and the decor matches the wall around it, a Quick Touch door turns into a hidden door. The skirting frame is not a part of the door. The door includes: Unique touch control mechanism, child lock and press hinges. The appearance of the door is no longer spoiled by an unsightly lock, handle or hinges. DCQTW-061, DCQTSTL-060, DCQT-číslo RAL, DCQTGL-barva, DCQTWD-číslo dekoru | Face decor door panel - this system can blend perfectly with the surrounding interior thanks to the original structure of the Quick Touch door for the ARTOX laundry chute and to the large number of decoration panels in the offer. DOFR-W, DOFR-STL, DOFR-číslo RAL | Frame for the Quick Touch door - an appropriate cosmetic frame for the Quick Touch door. The ARTOX laundry chute system includes standard RAL colour shades and stainless steel. STL-R001 | Extension of a sunken intake – the extends the mouthpiece of the intake section in cases when the chute is sunk, such as behind a strong wall. The extension can range from 9 to 14 cm. If the distance required is greater, it is recommended to use the STL-003slanted intake part. It is not recommended to use more than three extensions per intake part. STL-005-Hobby |
The ARTOX Hobby extension for plastic pipe – it can be easily connected with a common plastic sewage or ventilation pipe with a diameter of 315 mm using the STL-050 collar. In this way it is possible to create an intake section that can be used with all ARTOX vertical doors. The collar does not come with the extension. In order to ensure accurate installation on the pipe we recommend installing the piece with the door inserted. |
